Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

MajorMediaProof(“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website and service at majormediaproof.com. We generate evidence reports for EB-1A visa applicants documenting media outlet credibility.

Questions about this policy can be directed to hi@majormediaproof.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Clerk). If you sign in via Google or another OAuth provider, we receive only the data that provider shares with us (typically name and email).

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We receive and store a payment confirmation, transaction ID, and your billing email from Stripe.

Report inputs

When you generate a report, we store the article URL you submitted and your selected industry. This is used to generate your report and may be retained to improve the service.

Generated reports

Your completed PDF reports are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 storage and linked to your account so you can download them at any time.

Usage data

We automatically collect standard usage information including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used to operate and improve the service and to detect abuse.

Communications

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence. We may send you transactional emails (report ready, payment confirmation). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
