Terms of Service

Effective date: April 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MajorMediaProof at https://majormediaproof.com(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MajorMediaProof.

By creating an account or purchasing a report, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

MajorMediaProof is an automated research and document generation service. We generate evidence reports documenting publicly available data about media outlets — including traffic, reach, editorial history, and press recognition — formatted for use in EB-1A visa petitions under US immigration law.

The Service does not provide legal advice. Reports generated by MajorMediaProof are informational documents based on publicly available data. They are not legal opinions, attorney work product, or a substitute for qualified immigration legal counsel. You should always work with a licensed immigration attorney when preparing a visa petition.

MajorMediaProof makes no guarantee that use of a report will result in a successful visa petition, approval of any criterion, or any particular outcome from USCIS or any other government authority.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hi@majormediaproof.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization, or use a false identity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

Access to the Service requires payment of fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.

No Refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because MajorMediaProof generates a custom research report immediately upon purchase — consuming computational resources and third-party data sources — we are unable to issue refunds once a report has been initiated or delivered.

Satisfaction guarantee. While we do not offer monetary refunds, if you are not satisfied with the evidence quality in your report, we will rebuild it at no additional charge. Contact us at hi@majormediaproof.com within 14 days of delivery with a specific description of what is insufficient, and we will regenerate the report.

Report credits (e.g. from multi-report packs) do not expire and have no cash value. They may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Submit URLs or content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents
  • Resell or redistribute reports or report credits without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use rules.

6. Intellectual Property

Our content. The Service, including its software, design, brand, and underlying technology, is owned by MajorMediaProofand protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service itself.

Your reports. Once you have paid for and received a report, you own the generated PDF document and may use it for your own immigration petition purposes, share it with your attorney, or submit it to government authorities. You may not resell or commercially distribute reports.

Third-party data. Reports incorporate publicly available data from third-party sources (e.g. SimilarWeb, Semrush). That underlying data remains subject to the terms of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MajorMediaProof does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Reports will be accepted or sufficient for any particular legal purpose
  • Data obtained from third-party sources is accurate or current
  • Use of the Service will result in a successful visa petition or any immigration outcome

You use the Service at your own risk. Third-party traffic and credibility data reflects what is publicly reported by those sources at the time of generation and may differ from data obtained at other times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MajorMediaProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, denied visa applications, legal fees, or loss of data — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Unused report credits are forfeited upon termination for cause. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
